Today we sat down and watched both Paul Blart: Mall Cop movies because we like pain apparently. Paul Blart: Mall Cop is infamous for being one of the worst movie franchises ever, memed by the internet and mainstream alike. The second one being one of the worst Rotten Tomatoes scores ever at 6%. Paul Blart: Mall Cop - 2009
A single suburban father (Kevin James) works at a mall as a security guard to make ends meet, and he takes his job very seriously, even though most of his colleagues and customers don't. As the holidays approach, Paul gets his moment to shine when Santa's little helpers shut down the mall down and take hostages, including his daughter and girlfriend. He realizes no one knows the place better than he does, and he mounts his trusty steed, a Segway, and goes to the rescue.

This movie was mostly filmed at the Burlington Mall, and I go there a lot. Ever since I saw this movie, I can’t stop thinking about it when I go to the mall. Imagine going to a mall and thinking to yourself, “Hey, Kevin James could have rode his Segway right here.” That’s what I have to deal with now.

I remember as a kid being VERY upset about how the sequel started with his wife divorcing him and his mom dying. Like, I remember that I was so mad I deliberately tried to NOT laugh at some of the later jokes that actually did make me laugh. It just felt way too mean-spirited for child-me. As an adult now though, that scene is hilarious and Bren's reaction was hilarious.

I got a really dumb idea for a video, a movie called Dorothy the Dinosaur meets Santa Claus, it's a character from the Wiggles, I have a ton of nostalgia for that movie because my autistic brother played it for hours straight every day.
