Looks like a nice place. Too bad about the boat, but it should be an easy fix. I used to back up boat trailers several times a day, every day for ten years when I worked at a fiberglass shop. About 90% of our business was boat repairs and painting. That was over twenty years ago. I used my utility trailer the other day and they were doing some work in the alley when I got home. I had to go around the other side and back up all the way down the narrow alley. I did it ok but realized I'm not nearly as good as I was lol. I used to fly around the yard parking boats about a half inch apart. I don't think I'd try that now. You definitely have too much going on at once. It gets frustrating and overwhelming when it gets like that. You gotta narrow things down and focus on a few projects instead of ten
