Making one side takes allot of skill making the second side exactly the same as the first I wish you luck.

The 2nd side is always quicker then the 1st side. You figure out how to make it on the 1st side and have a pattern to start with for the 2nd side.

They said in one of the vids for this truck that the frame rails were 3"x6"x3/16"wall. Seeing how they make their frames, I'd be confident that flex is kept to enough of a minimum to allow tighter body gaps like that.
