As far as we know, there is no one crazy enough to build an International Pickup to this level. We're leaving no panel untouched and making no compromises in our quest to build the coolest 1963 International C1100 ever.

I saw "International" pickup and I thought "why would you build an International, they are ugly trucks?" but holy moly was I wrong. You sir along with your team are making a silk purse from a sow's ear, so to speak. The amount, and high... off the chart quality of metal work is impressive to say the least. I was a bodyman for around 15 years but this is on another level all together.

We use Boeshield T-9. It is an aircraft preservative. Just be sure to clean it well before paint.

How do you work with bare metal without rusting? Do you coat it with something?
@oldanvilspeedshop
@oldanvilspeedshop 7 ай бұрын
We treat with a acid etch and then coat with Boeshield T-9. Some of the guys have very acidic hands so you will see sometimes that it will flash where they are working. We generally just hit it with maroon Scotchbrite and T-9 again.

Absolutely destroyed this truck by sticking an LS in it. It deserves an international engine. The owner should be ashamed of himself for doing that.
