We went to the high-end teppanyaki, Ukai Tei, in Ginza and Omotosando several times. The food was great and we were willing to pay the price. The only thing I do not like is that they served us bottled Italian spring water that was 1,200 yen instead of providing us with tap ice water, which was obviously clean and drinkable in Japan.
@whatchuHANAdo Жыл бұрын
Glad that the food was great and that it was worth the price. :) did they just serve you the sparkling without asking? That’s quite strange.
@sinbatsiraseranant1241 Жыл бұрын
@@whatchuHANAdo they did ask sparkling or still water. We said still and assumed (mistake on our part) that still means tap water instead of a very expensive bottle of mineral water. But I guess that's what you pay for when going to fine dining. In the US upscale restaurants, they literally ask customer to choose from sparkling, bottled water, or "regular" (tap water).

Hi Hana! Love your content! Thank you for making such informative videos. If you can, please make one where you visit Oishi Park to view Mt Fuji. I’m going to Japan in January (hoping they eliminate the required group tour by then) and would like to know what train to take and all. I’ve been with a group tour before and in another trip just viewed Mt Fuji from Gotemba. I think I want a DIY trip this time. Thanks in advance and more power to your channel!

Hi, Eka! Thank you so much for watching! 😻 I’ve been wanting to go to Oishi Park for the longest time actually! I’ve been in the area before but I didn’t really spend much time in the park. 😔 We’re planning to do a day trip out of Tokyo series so I will definitely write this down in our content pool!
