Pate a choux dough is notoriously hard to make in humid weather. I love making churros but living in Florida you can’t do a good one unless you’re below 50% humidity. So I basically have 5 days in the year if I get lucky lol. Same with making certain candies. I’m looking at you, divinity.

Let's say theoretically you're going to Disneyland for one singular day in April on a California trip and it happens to be the same day as an after hours event... what if you're in line for a ride when the park closes to regular guests?

I am so happy you are asking this question. We were there a few weeks ago. This is what happened. You can get in line at closing for example 8:59pm. We got in line 8:54pm and got off the ride at 9:17pm Then when you get off it’s horrible. They would not let us walk to get our stroller. Or let you use the restroom. Chased us down like criminals. My wife almost pissed herself. We ran through security anyway and got our stroller. They want to see that wrist band. If Disney is reading this, you need to make a grace period or don’t let regular ticket holders get in line after 8:30pm. Been watching Mollie for years and going to Disney. But someone needs to talk to corporate. Never felt like a criminal at Disney.
