Yep, and leave it to Houston to stick utility poles right in the middle of it. By the way, the site of those new condos or apartments used to be where the Emile Street Community Farm was located about 12 years ago. And the land that M&D Lawn Care cleared had been the site of a community garden.

Any video that starts with you guys going "old school" and using machetes to chop through the brush is guaranteed to be special. And oddly enough, at first I thought I was re-watching that other corner lot video. Again, a wonderful job. And the people living behind that iron fence must be delighted at the transformation. Awesome job on this neglected corner lot! Love how you push the mower to do a lot of the heavy work just plowing into those heavy weeds, even lowering the deck onto the sidewalks to help clear as much as possible. Great job guys, nothing makes me madder that when people see an abandoned lot and think that it their personal dumping ground. you did a terrific job in cleaning up this lot. I'm sure the community is very appreciative of your efforts. On another note, I commented earlier that the device that you use on your foot should be called a sod kicker and you stated that others called it a shoeval, I like that one better and would like to change my vote to shoeval. I also liked how they put the telephone pole in the sidewalk.
