We were promised a 5-days march and mountains of gold - Russian occupants about the war in Ukraine

Invaders told to Security service of Ukraine how they transformed into an army of looters, rapists and slayers. In Ukraine occupants realized that nobody wants their ‘liberation’, ‘Ukrainians live their Ukrainian life” and Russians here are unwanted strangers. Moreover, the invaders themselves call this war a genocide.

In the beginning of this conflict I almost felt sorry for the Russian soldiers because they were so ill-prepared, but after seeing the footage from many Ukrainian villages, that is over. You can almost be excused for stealing food when you are starving because you weren't given any supplies, but to commit those atrocities - that is not hunger. That's just plain evil.

I never felt sorry for the russian soldiers. I thought from the beginning that such emotions towards them were wrong. They are plain WAR CRIMINALS
@ThePinkBinks
@ThePinkBinks 2 жыл бұрын
As much as I’d like to agree that’s not 100% true. Real starvation hunger turns you into something lower than a beast. I know because I’ve experienced that. However when soldiers experience true starvation and cold (and are probably drugged too) they will feed every type of hunger they have once they’ve lost control. They’ll take food, booze, anything for heat and sate their desire for sex with anyone within reach. You understand that these soldiers were given useless supplies to turn them into these monsters, yes? I still don’t feel sorry for them but it was always the plan to make them into feral monsters. It spreads terror. Edit to add 5 days later: confirmation that the soldiers _were_ drugged has been released. (Including, not limited to promedol so they could not feel.) Thank you to anyone who was sensible and didn’t send pro-abuse messages to me. “You can turn your back on a man but never turn your back on a drug.”

@@ThePinkBinks What they are doing to civilians in Ukraine is exactly what they did to Germans just before the end of the war when they were advancing west to Berlin. So this is not the first time the Russian military has behaved like barbarians. It is their M.O. - they take control, then they kill and destroy.

DoubleDogDare54 I understand that and agree, yes. It’s also part of their M.O. to freeze and starve their soldiers (and even drug them to the point of insanity) to turn them into monsters. It’s easy for them to do and it’s a tactic Russia has always used. Under-supply the young men and make them cold, hungry, scared and angry until the rage, rage, rage builds up and off go the soldier’s bodies without their minds in gear to rampage. Later the soldiers will claim they were a different person at the time and try to suppress their memories. Their “civilized minds” curl up and hide for a while and later that civilized part of their mind won’t be able to connect their actions with a working human mind in a society. There will be a huge disconnect and split personality. Although… I’m proud of every Russian soldier who has resisted this treatment from their own side. Better to kill a general than become just another monster for the general.

I do not believe every soldier committed murder. If they did, there would be at least 200k dead civilians. Its only a fraction that commit horrendous crimes such as rape, torture and murder. Common crimes such as theft on the other hand can be the normal. I base this not on some moral conception but on the number of murders versus the number of Russian soldiers.

Their leader negotiated a surrender because he wasn’t willing to shoot civilians. Those guys never ended up killing anyone and were completely duped. But The Russian recruitment machine is clearly using enticement tactics to get these guys to come and fight now. Maybe that explains the russian troops' 'odd behaviours' wearing looted lingerie... they figured since they were cold and hungry they would start in on the pills....

Sounds like the Nazi's being fuelled by LSD by Hitler. Putler has copied so many of his outdated and crazy WW2 tactics!

Yes, Putin and his foolish ‘war’ have done irreparable damage to Russia. We do not expect our ‘leaders’ to resort to war and war crimes in the year 2022! Does Putin even think of the lives lost on both sides of his charade??? We in the USA during Viet Nam we’re asking our politicians to send their own sons to war. Not sure how often that actually happened. Perhaps Putin could choose a few family members to go and serve in some capacity in the middle of Ukraine war zones. Putin: “Never in a million years will I sacrifice any of my Own family!” (I guess that constitutes ‘executive privilege’……!??).
