I love Cracker Barrel!! We don’t have any in NYC so anytime I’m down south, I go out of my way to find one, I’ve never had bad Cracker Barrel lol

Cracker Barrel was great back in ten years ago. In Florida where I live it has been very inconsistent. I have been to one a few years ago in North Carolina and it was much better however their quality has diminished. It's sad because when you are traveling it was always a great place to stop.

Yeah I can imagine. Given its a chain it should be consistent but it seems it isn't. We'll have to keep checking back to see if different ones are better in the future

I have been to a CB once and was a little underwhelmed, but then again I usually get that kind of comfort food at an amazing mom n pop establishment in my hometown. I'll go with a good local restaurant over a big chain anyday

We stayed on the gulf Coast of Florida, in Bradenton in June. We, in the past, have loved Cracker Barrel, but this year it wasn't good. Our coffee we ordered was lukewarm so asked for hotter, then our meals came and once again barely warm, we didn't complain, but said we won't be going back!. We also flew back on Alfie. We’ve been a couple of times, once for breakfast and once for dinner and both times were just awful and would never return. Caroline’s soup looked like it was made from a packet of frozen mixed veg in dirty dish water and those green beans looked like they’d been cooked for hours! In fact there wasn’t one plate on your table that looked edible. I hope you let management know 😮

@Catriona223 Yeah, the soup wasn't good, especially with that tiny spoon. One of our friends who is a restaurant manager elsewhere in Florida let them know and they did not care. We won't be back I don't think. Too many other choices to even think about returning there
