I am a retired Registered Nurse. It just may take longer with her age. Also the brace seems to be helpful. What I can say Haru is with the BEST family and as long as x-ray or CT scan is normal she will be fine again. One day and one walk at a time. Most people in the medical field of any kind understand registered nurses know more than most doctors! Registered nurses are the doctor’s bedside manners most times. Dogs and humans have a lot more in common when it comes to surgeries, healing and overall rehabilitation. Negative people coming to a page of positivity and saying hateful, uneducated things is completely un-necessary and troll-like! So glad to hear that Haru is progressing slow but sure❤. We had such great results for our mini dachshunds disc injury using cold laser therapy after 4 weeks of crate rest and meds. Continued prayers 🙏🏻
