That's a private home. The residence of the bride's family. In Burundi for Dowry/traditional weddings, the venue has to be, the home of the girl, cuz traditionally the family of the guy is coming to take the girl, and her parents are giving her away. Only those who don't have a big compound would book a venue or rent somebody else's house. But, when it comes to modern weeding(which happens after this one) they book a weeding venue.
