I’m getting older and I’m at the age where if I go to a restaurant and order a three minute egg, they ask for payment in advance. I don’t even buy green bananas because I don’t know if I have the time for them to ripen. So I’m okay with you going into an full hour episode from time to time because I’m not sure if we get these podcasts on the other side and I don’t want to miss a single episode. One last note - Billy Graham once asked his wife if she thought there were golf courses on the other side, as he very much enjoyed playing golf. His wife just smiled and told him - God knows the things you love and since you love to play golf, - I’m sure he will have plenty of golf courses in heaven to play on so that you can enjoy yourself and be happy. Thank you for all your work and the lessons and wisdom it reveals to us who are curious and always seeking. Life is good - so very very good. God bless us one and all. ❤️😎😇😇😇

Made it (through "3"). Phillip reminds me of a good friend of mine from my youth. My friend, Ron, and I were talking about a mutual friend who was tragically killed over the previous Thanksgiving weekend in a car accident. As we were talking, Ron suddenly said, "You know something? George knows". (George being the friend we lost). I replied, "George knows what? He's gone, Ron". Ron said, "George knows what it's like to be on the other side". "Why do you think that?", I asked. Then Ron said something I will remember for the rest of my life (and this was around 1976). He said, "Because, you can kill the body but there's no way the spirit dies". For me, accepting that realization led me to opening my heart to eternity and by the next year accepting Jesus Christ as my Savior as He witnesses with my spirit. Interestingly, Phillip also "knows" and I believe the place he experienced is a destination we want to experience, too.

Thank you so much, Heather, for asking Philip about his cattle. This question was at the back of my mind throughout all 3 episodes - which were wonderful! Without any disrespect or judgement on my part - as Philip's recount is truly inspiring - I was genuinely curious about how he perceived compartmentilising raising cattle for meat with recognising them as fellow sentient beings. As a vegan, I grapple with this dilemma daily, as I have to feed my carnivorous animals by buying meat. I suppose it is part of the duality of our human experience - but I'm always interested in this topic. Thank you!

You should check out the research on the life of plants, where plants apparently can sense danger and produce a sound like a scream, which we can't hear, when they are cut. Plants are much more than we think. I like the beliefs of some American Indian cultures which believed that all animals had spirits, and would pray to the animal spirit they had just killed, thanking the animal for providing them with the food to live.

FelineFire you bring up a lot of interesting things to ponder. I think in a perfect world no person or animal would eat meat. But we aren't there yet. Some people come to earth to serve others, I often wonder if animals also come here knowing they will be serving others.

So sorry to hear about Fosty. We have 9 right now but they are not all with us in the same house. We had a fire about 16 months ago and they still haven’t remodeled our house yet. Soon though they will all be back together again. We only lost one in the fire . So we do love animals and it’s good to know we will see them again.

Thank you Heather...I am a newbie but I have watched all of his interviews so far and a good chunk of your videos. I sincerely appreciate your time and effort to bring these stories to us. As far as contacting and spending time with loved ones once on the other side, from what I have gathered...anytime you think of anyone or anything, it is right there, it and/or they come to you. I know it will be amazing. 🦋 I have never experienced an NDE but as a child I had sporadic visions and prophetic dreams. (EX; I dreamt, at age 8, my parents went to a hospital and picked me out in room full of babies...then my mom started crying and told me I was adopted) I had a lucid dream one afternoon when my youngest daughter was still a baby. My mom came to visit Crista and I, visiting her room first...then I could hear her walking through the room then out the door into the dining area...As the dream ended, she walked over to me and gave me a huge hug and said 'everything will be ok'. At the same time, I felt a heart-stopping, throat-constricting cry coming because I felt a LOVE that I have never experienced on earth...it was like warm honey dripping down my body from head to toe. It was excruciatingly joyous divine bliss for days after... 2-3 more things happened that proved it happened and it was not just a dream. I have cherished and have not forgot 1 detail of this for going on 40+ years now with gratitude and my whole being. Just thought I would share that bit of information with you all. I really enjoy the show and your family here. Thank you. 🦋

I absolutely love your videos. And I especially enjoyed Phillip’s story. He is not the first one I’ve heard say that we choose our parents. There may not be an answer out there for this… Though, I’m retired from over 25 years working in child welfare. As you can imagine, the abuse and cruelty I’ve seen towards children is horrific. How does one explain this? Does a child choose to be born to parents who are going to egregiously abuse them? Makes no sense.

Shelley I am sure you have seen some very sad and tragic circumstances. I think this is a really tough question that I still struggle with. Many NDErs say it is through challenges that we grow the most and I do believe that. But one viewer posed the question “how much growth and experience does God need? It seems like we’ve had enough”. I can’t disagree. So basically I am saying I assume it is for our growth but my human mind still has a hard time with it. I think a good one to watch for an answer is Betty. I’ll share her links. Thank you for the work you have done to help so many children. I am sure it was heartbreaking far too often. God bless. Made it! Thanks again, Heather and Philip, for a most-enjoyable series of interviews; I shall (of course) "tune in" again on Thursday for part 4! My own belief is that there is much more to us than we're usually aware of in this focus, and that connections, once made, always remain. In Bob Monroe's terminology (which I use frequently), we all have an "Ident", so it is possible to recognize each other, no matter which focus we're in, including our animal companions...and I do resonate w/ Philip's saying (essentially) that "once created, we (or anything) cannot be destroyed". So sorry to learn of the "loss" of "Fostie", Heather; I suspect you'll see him/her in dreams. I frequently see "former" kitty companions of ours in my dreams, yet seldom dream of the ones who are currently w/ us "in physical". I am familiar w/ the term "failed foster"; it was used at our local kitten foster home, and it happens quite frequently!

so good to watch people from ALL walks of life talk - whether it be about NDEs or the weather 😊 so good to see someone born and raised on a farm, who, on the face of it, has been doing earthy stuff - cattle-rearing - all their life, yet talk about stupendous experiences in such a relaxed and wise fashion. very interesting conversation. good questions I would probably ask them myself. What pops into my mind, is that in the scriptures, there is discussion about us obtaining a glorified body but I think it takes a while because in the case of Jesus, he told Mary not to touch him because he hadn't fully transformed. And I believe there was one other instance where he wasn't fully transformed and asked people not to touch him yet

Personally think: if there is only GOD, so HE can create only from HIM SELF, I mean, the tries, animals, humans, insects, ufo's, rivers, mountains, water, fire....all of Creation is made from HIM, so, that's why we shouldn't be in a fear of anything. I wonder what would’ve been his experience if he was a theologian or if he believed in Jesus. I’m not judging here. Just thinking (emphasis on this being just a thought/question that I had without judgement) that it contradicts what was written in the bible in some aspect. God created us with the intention to be eternal in our human body, but because of Eve in the garden of Eden our nature became corrupted. God had to save us so he came as Jesus to show us the way. God is love, and he wants to save us all. Very interesting and he explains it clearly! Thanks

But I know that you will have a period of grieving for your cat and I am so very sorry for your loss. 🌈 (Rainbow Bridge) Re. Philip-- I cannot say with any confidence that I am sure I 'get it'--his analogy of 'hanging each universe up' on a line (if I got that right) and seeing them into infinity--I now cannot get the image of an endless laundry line 'drying out universes' as far as the eye can see! LOL! 🤣I guess I'm just going to have to wait 'til I get there! I am enjoying Phillip immensely and can't wait to hear your additional questions. You manage to touch on all the important issues to your audience. Thanks and see you next episode!Lynn❤🌈

Hi Lynn. Thanks for the kind words about Fostie. He was a sweetheart and I do believe I'll see him again. I was mesmerized by Philip's description of the universes all stacked up, lined up, and hung up. It is an interesting analogy to help us grasp something that is hard to understand. What comes across clearly is that there are many, many, many more universes out there. Far more than we can fathom! Fascinating stuff.

I would be curious to know whether Philip has changed anything about his lifestyle and diet after such an incredible experience. As in the end it's all about Love, does he still see the slaughtering of beef cattle in the same way? Does he still do that for a living? Also, our Love to animals seems to be often limited to pets, things look different for livestock. I wonder whether this happens only because most of us love meat and this makes our live easier.

I am not sure about Philip because I did not ask, but I do know some NDErs stop eating meat. Vinney Tolman is one of them. Like humans, I assume all animals come here with a purpose and I imagine that purpose varies depending on the animal, just like my purpose is not the same as someone else.

@@harlanlang6556 Thanks for sharing and you bring a valid idea. I have also given some thoughts to this point, and I believe there is a significant difference. For example, if you take a pin and poke yourself on a finger, you will feel pain. Do the same on a nail or cut some hair. You won’t feel pain this time. This is how the central nervous system works and you can apply the same concept to plants. Also, you can eat many different parts of a plant such as flowers, stems or fruits and a new plant will emerge from the root you discarded. This is not killing. Unfortunately, you can’t do the same with the bones of your ribeye.
@harlanlang6556
@harlanlang6556 5 ай бұрын
@@nicolabacciu232 Hi Nicola. Another thing to remember is that populations of animals will become more than the environment can feed so that their numbers need to be kept down by predators. Nature has a balance in order to be healthy. This also true with plants. Here in California we put out all forest fires which are started by lightning so that the forests become overgrown and eventually burn much hotter than before. Native Americans practiced burning the underbrush so that more grass would grow which provided more food for the deer. I've tried burying the bones of my ribeye and a cow didn't grow from it. Some animals, like rabbits, go into a catatonic state when caught by a predator as if it's their way of escaping the pain. Pain has its purpose in causing us, and animals, to avoid situations which might threaten our health or life, but pain serves no purpose when dying is inevitable, and this seems to be true for some NDE's.

Hello. I have a question. What do we need to learn here on earth? As I understand we are a light that comes from the Source Energy. And Source Energy is pure Essence. Does that mean we are pure Essence to? And if yes, what is there to learn? I tought of W. Dyer who stated: God (or how you want to call it...) wants to know itself through the human. I understand this as we only need to listen and give a form to the true Essence that is already in us in the most perfect way. Or do we need to learn to listen to the pure Essence and not being distracted by any thought, feeling, emotion, memory, ... that is not coming from pure Essence. I wonder... Thanks for your responce.

I don't have all the answers on this but here is the understanding that I have gathered after listening to numerous near death experiencers. We come here to experience things that we can't experience in perfection. For example when we come to earth we may experience pain and hurt, things we would never understand in Heaven. In turn that can help us gain empathy for others as they face struggles like we have. We also gain a new appreciation for Heaven and all of it's beauty. I often say that a warm and sunny spring day feels better after a cold winter than it does after months of nice weather. I'm sure that is just the tip of the iceberg but I hope it helps.

@@Beyond_with_Heather_Tesch why would source Essence create something that is not perfect to experience that? Aren't we all no less than perfect empathy, compassion, gratefulness, love, ... Yes, humankind got distracted several thousands years ago. It is stil in each of us. We don't need to touch bad first to embrace good. There is no oak the same and they are all just an oak tree. Don't we just need to recognice our perfect true nature and enjoy it to the fullest? In the movie 'City of angels' the 'fallen' angel explains that he is able to eat and swim (naked) in the ocean. As I understand we can enjoy our Essence given life and experience everything with our senses. Maybe it is time for the ego to be a servant of the Source Essence that resides in our body.

If I may. Thought about this the past 15 years. What is our purpose? And my reduction is this... To have and experience a human life. We're spiritual entities who chose to come here to have a human experience. I believe it's that simple, but in our nature, we love to complicate the simplicity of just living. In my humble opinion.

Philip is the real thing! It makes sense that we have eternity to explore all the infinite worlds of God. The real question is who, or what, is the "I" that we identify with? The "I" speaking in this world has an identity which includes all the experiences of life from birth to death. In another world, how would that change? We have to use metaphors to even hint at deeper realities and one of my favorites is to think of God as an infinite Ocean of Consciousness, and that each of us is a Drop from that Ocean. Dying means that this Drop is returning to the Ocean from whence we came. As Drops from the same Ocean, we are intimately connected in ways we can't understand, but that would explain why some people believe they have had past lives, when in reality all lives are our past lives....because we're all one. Some people may just connect with other souls more closely for some reason. Another interesting part of the interview was concerning what happens to animals after death. The world we're living in right now, the physical universe, exists at different levels. At the bottom of this hierarchy is the mineral kingdom which manifests the quality of cohesion. Atoms and groups of atoms manifest the power of cohesion. A step above this is the plant kingdom which manifests the quality of growth. Above that is the animal kingdom which manifests the qualities of the senses, and above that is the human kingdom which manifests the qualities of the rational soul, the capacity to see the patterns of reality in all the worlds of God. When a member of any of these kingdoms "dies", or decomposes, the spirit of that member continues to exist. NDE's inform us that animals, including our pets, do exist in the world to come. They also describe plant life with beautiful flowers and lush vegetation as manifestations of the the plant kingdom. And we don't want to leave out the mineral kingdom where NDE's describe walking on a solid ground with mountains and hills and rivers, etc. NDE's also often describe a Manifestation of God often in the form of a Luminous Sun-like Being. It's interesting that our life on earth is also illuminated by a sun which makes life possible on earth, just as the Divine Orb described in NDE's seems to allow for life in that world. So it seems that the next world is similar to this world, only magnitudes more beautiful, more loving, more meaningful. Baha'is believe that just as the next world is illumined by a Manifestation of God in the form of a Luminous Orb, so in this world we have the successive appearances of Divine Luminaries, such as Moses, Jesus, Buddha and Muhammed which appear from age to age to bring Divine Light suitable for the promotion of spiritual growth. So each Manifestation of God in this world is like the sunrise of a new spiritual day, a pattern similar to that of the next world. Of course the worlds of God are infinite, so we just aren't capable of knowing how this pattern is manifested in these worlds. Thank you so much Heather for bringing such interesting souls as Philip on your show. We all need the stimulation and inspiration.

Harlan thank you for sharing your wisdom. I appreciate it. I have also wondered if past lives are simply us being so connected to others that we feel we have lived their life. I really enjoy your show and this guest was quite interesting. However - Phillip said his understanding has "evolved" since his experience. NDE stories translate ineffable, beyond words, experiences into language built on our earthly reality. I can't help but wonder whether his talk about "infinite universes" stems in part from exposure to all the hype about "mutiverse" which in turn stems from one interpretation of a conundrum in quantum physics. Multiverse is by no means a consensus position, but it's hot and it sells. What bothers me is that the multiverse interpretation is the favored interpretation of the old guard in science who are trying to hold onto reductive materialism as the reigning worldview/philosophy that modern cultures accept - i,e., that philosophical premise that the only things that exist are physical things - like bodies and brains - and you can rule out all spiritual realities like souls - and even minds, which are considered mere "epi-phenomena." While multiverse is favored by the the more down-to-earth, strictly materialist scientists - it is nevertheless wildly fantastical in concept. The best critique I've ever heard of it is that in a scenario where every possible thing that can happen does happen - then in effect, nothing happens. In other words - to say that something is, you have to able to distinguish from what it is not. To say that something happened, it's necessary to distinguish it from what did not happen. So when every possible thing happens, nothing happens. I personally do not believe that a world exists where a guy with an IQ of 60 was elected president of the United States five times in a row, after they changed the laws to allow it - or that in another universe, trained seals were taught to practice psychotherapy. I mean, if that theory works for others, they're welcome to it. That said, can there be other universes? Maybe. But many too many people accept hyped ideas like "multiverse" uncritically without knowing what it is and where it comes from. I'm not saying that about Phillip by any means, and I can respect his experience as he lays it out in his words and terms. But in some other cases I have seen where much of what someone attributes to their experience, is what they have acquired since the experience. Not saying that about Phillip - he was very careful to make distinctions about what he experienced, what he's learned/thought since, and what he doesn't know.

Made it to the end: 3/3. Taken at face value, the equations of Quantum Physics (the best/most detailed explanation of the 'Universe' we currently have) predicts the existence of multiple universes. This is based on what is known as the Many Worlds interpretation of Hugh Everett. Neils Bohr formulated a different interpretation, known as the Copenhagen interpretation. This is one of the most hotly contested issues in Quantum Physics. This link shows very simply the famous experiment which led to the formulation of the equation which leads to these conclusions; the Double Slit experiment. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6C0iqGefbZsa7c And another helpful video kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJO9mmaOop6ngKc

Ummmmm..., not exactly, we "all" don't have eternity to explore the universe because heaven and earth, meaning the kingdom of heaven and the "universe/earth" will pass away, and then there will be a new heaven and a new earth which, of course, means that there will be a new kingdom of heaven and a new universe/earth for those who are redeemed by the blood of God's perfect Sacrificial Lamb, Jesus, who is the only begotten Son of God. (Isaiah 65:17; Matthew 24:35; Revelation 21:1 KJV Bible) "As for those who don't make it", there is Obadiah 16, KJV Bible - "... and they shall be as though they had not been." However, it does appear that the unredeemed will have what for them will seem like an eternity to explore the universe/earth before this current kingdom of heaven and this current universe/earth pass away and are then replaced with the new kingdom of heaven and the new universe/earth. Just so you know, the "universe/earth" terminology is derived from the premise that the word earth in the King James Version (KJV) Bible is a homonym that refers to the planet earth (Luke 18:8) and the word earth refers to the "universe" in certain key verses of Scripture, thus I use the terminology - universe/earth for these key verses of Scripture with some of these verses in the KJV Bible being: Genesis *1:1, and note that the word "heaven" is singular since there is only one kingdom of heaven, with those Bible versions that change heaven to "heavens", plural, being the corrupted versions, *2:1 and in this verse of Scripture the word "heavens", plural is correct since it is referring to the several atmospheres (5 for our planet earth) that encapsulate those innumerable inhabited planets disbursed throughout the universe/earth; Job 1:7, 2:2; Isaiah 40:22, 65:17, 66:1; Mathew *6:10 that has got to be the most misquoted verse of Scripture in the entire universe/earth. "Thy kingdom come. They will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." (*not "on" earth, but instead "in" the "universe/earth"), and 24:35; Mark 13:27; 2 Peter 3:13; Revelation *12:9 (again, "into" the "universe/earth"), and 21:1.

Meaning; there is a Hell and I pray that the people listening to this will not go their own way. For everyone who goes their WAY rather than Jesus Way will end up in a ditch.
