I do love the render pump. A particular frustration I have with the pump is the gear in the hose going hard and blocking almost immediately after stopping spraying for just a few minutes. The issue being, if I spray an area and want to stop to rule it off, the gear has hardened in the hose and / gun causing a blockage and then requires a full clean. Have you ever had this issue? Do you have any advice on how to prevent this or is it just a case of spraying all in 1 go until all the gear has been used up?

Ayup mate, what machine are you using? I’ve never had material dry in the pipes even when I have done big walls in my own. What material are you using also?
