Last weekend I was at the Silver Legacy casino in reno. I was playing Dragon Links and the guy next to me put a few hundred into the machine. He hit a few good bonuses and was up to just over 1600. He played it down to $1200.51 and went to cash out. The machine would NOT print him a ticket and he had to get a handpay from the attendant. I thought that was crazy, I never seen that before. Because he cashed out over $1200. It was a handpay. I don't know if he had to do a 1099, I don't believe he did, actually I hope he didn't do a 1099, that would be messed up. I didn't stick around to watch him get paid
