I absolutely love your content as it is. I don’t do any sort of training like this, I’m just a stay at home momma. But I do find Tia so inspiring! She really removes any myths I had in my head that strength training will make you look manly, because Tia works so hard and still looks 💯 feminine and beautiful! Just my small opinion here, but I’d love to hear her thoughts for someone who has no training, how to start becoming stronger at home. Not for competition but just for health and aesthetics ♥️

As a person with a lean body type, I go to the gym 2-3 times a week at first I saw no improvement but now after about 7 months I’m gaining weight! I had a couple of motivation, consistency, determination questions but it’s all about my mindset and the work I put in YOU SAID IT BEST THANK YOU! CrossFit is something I’m interested in what does it take to have success while training the body?

Tia, when you pulling the rope, put your head down and eyes down, to avoid short muscle neck/head compression. This excercise with your head pose complicate blood flow to the head. Also aesthetic side you form strong wrinkles on the forehead. If you will put your eyes and chin down, you will improve this move. Good health to you.

Bro she is the best and the most dominant female athlete at the moment and for the last 5 years…. I think she, shane, or brooke know their shit and also know how and when to put the head dowm! It was a slow mo shot and she probably was only looking for where the sled is at… but i gues you should coach tia😂😂😂 i would find such comments annoying if i was the fucking best in my sport for 5 years…

Hi Tia/Shane, are you worried about Mal O'Brien this year? Be interesting if someone could give you a decent challenge. ❤️
@tameikaliciaga222 жыл бұрын
I get anxious thinking about it honestly. Especially since Matt has trained with Tia for so long and is now able to give that knowledge to Mal. She's hungry for a win, grinding in private. Hopefully the talk around this subject doesnt mess up Tias mental game. But love Tia so much so much so rooting for her!
@christopherlancaster60562 жыл бұрын
@@tameikaliciaga22 Tia will keep winning the games until she retires, I have no doubt about that. Mal will be the next dominant force, she may even podium this year. Be nice if someone pushed Tia though, as no one has been close to doing it for years.
