You should clean their eyes with a damp clean cloth or non scented wipe and not so roughly, also only wipe the eye from the inner corner outwards to the outer corner and use a clean wipe for each eye to avoid spreading infection

Sucede que tanto Hajar y Abdou tienen mucha buena voluntad però carecen de muchos conocimientos para acudir en modo higienico los gatos y cuando es siempre la misma persona ( Yo!) a darles consejos o criticar sus errores muchos seguidores pocos informados lo prenden como comentarios malignos, de odio hacia ellos. La tecnica y modalità para disinfectar los ojos de los gatitos es la que describes tan bien: incluso deberia lavarse las manos o usar guantes descartables antes però bueno, ya es suficiente si son mas delicados y utilizan una toallita limpia para cada gato, la higiene va hecha en el modo que tan bien aconsejaste!
