I myself was suffering from defamation and accusations and I had been living the traumatized life where a person spread false allegations about me out of fun, excitement, to damage my reputation while people gave him special attention and respect. No one came asking me what has happed, they just abuse me and spread things behind my back it’s been 10 years since this started. I still on a daily basis get flashbacks of people abusing me, mistreating me 20-30 times in a day. I couldn’t eat, sleep or go out in public, I get nightmares, I hid this from my parents for 10 year but Alhamdulillah I have left everything to Allah, everytime I get a flashback or I get a fit of range or anger, I quickly call out to my Allah as he is the all wise and best dealer of affairs. I thank Allah for sending the message through Mufti Menk, I will protect my heart ❤️ and my mind at all times Inshaallah. My request to all don’t assume the worst of your brother and if someone brings accusations about your brother listen and ask for proof as they could be lying.

My X husband divorced me cos he believe I was having sex with another man in the apartment, one day he put a recorder in the bedroom just to catch me if I was having sex with another man., But the problem the record was me and him but yet he accuse me with the neighbour husband and then i told the neighbour’s wife what my husband had said and then he change the allegations to another neighbour, I kept swearing by Allah and touch the Quran that I didn’t do it and told him that I didn’t do it and even told him if i was having sex in the apartment there should be two person conversations the bedroom but he still insisted that i was unfaithful but just after one month we divorced he told me he had met another muslimah., I was so hurt and very depressed and so down.. why he put me through all these but easy for him to move on😢how people put you through difficulty just for them to look good😢 It shows he been planning all these but want to look good and yet making me feel guilty, every day I kept asking Allah to help me to go through this pain and give him what he given me😢 💔😢

Allah was there with you. And walked you through it. He should your husband's true intentions to easy your pain. Be grateful and confident that Allah has your back no matter how painful our situation is. He eases are pain if we trust in him. May Allah grant you a companion that loves you, appreciates you. Trust in Allah, fall in love with Allah first and he will grant you the love of someone.
