He might not be top top but no shot he's one of the worst. In fact you put him in A+ in your tierlist two weeks ago and he has a respectable 51.8% WR (top 30 in the game, and at a 9.5% pick rate) in ranked rn.

That’s what I was thinking, but I think he means Zhong as a mid in this video. While in the tier list he was ranking zhong overall since he’s better solo and can play multiple roles he’s an A+ god but in a lot of matchups in mid he suffers.

I will be 100% transparent here. I play on both pc and console, and KB&M is MILES better for smite then controller, its just simpler and more fluid for aiming overall and the VGS system is much easier too learn without accidentally using a relic. I don't hate on him not buying wards that often (ovbiously in higher elo you wanna be warding all the time) but buying items on controller is honestly the worst experiance in the game. Its slow, hard too navigate and overall time consuming if you dont accidentally buy the wrong items due to HUD lag compared too KB&M

Tiamat loves cooldown I'll just say that, Also understand your not invincible, and as soon as u stance switch back your back to being as squishy as a Zeus. Paying attention to the passive meter can also improve people's performance with tiamat knowing when your tanky and how much u can take using the number on your passive meter. Also creeps is a must... If you dont use them just play merlin or Agni or babayaga

It's a lack of understanding of other roles when they don't get their main role and end up losing those games.

The biggest mistakes early game with tiamat I see people making is not utilizing the ult 1 for minions for that extra poke or lane pressure. Tiamat early game is not that great compared to baba early game in the lane phase. Also not going conduit gem start currently gives way less lane control however sands is better late game due to the passive simply. Both have their pros and cons, depending on who I'm leaning against and the team compositions I will build differently as you should. In this situation the extra mana sustain and cd is a little more important for early against baba simply because even with conduit baba still will out clear however tiamat with sands of time and ability to double buff should be able to get control a little better which I didn't see utilization of this passive and ability use, the lack of horn shard in the early fight could've also changed the pressure and had kill potential

nah right now with the power nerfs burst items are king again. and gem of focus increases straight damage on everything including the item passives. while providing move speed. Chronos pendant was good when you could go soul gem or the later soul gem plus divine ruin for high power burst its terrible now. also you don't wanna be in ground form unless securing a kill like ever its too close range you need to play like a mage not a brawler Tiamat's scales were nerfed too hard as fast as you get them up i can break them faster. ---- the biggest issue i see is no combos tiamat should start with Taurus ult into the 2 for stun then charge the 1 immediately. the Taurus basically always guarantees you hit the 2 dead center unless you cant aim then poke with the 1. and when the in finisher range and they have no dash up you go in with 3 and ult into 2 if not dead.
