I have already answered several times here that I think Reiko is a spirit who will connect with Momo. Reiko power and Momo full potential (episode 1) together is mega crazy op character. Okarun should have a hard time beating it.

Okarun probably can't even hope of beating such a being to begin with He is still imperfect considering he could only go full throttle 2 times and 3 times by a stretch. When he can fully use turbo granny's power and even surpass her , that's when he will be genuinely living upto his true potential. Tho for now, let's see if he even gets his power back

He mopped up the leader of the Kur after the latter stole Vamola's OP suit and activated its nastiest form. He loses to Reiko Kashima, possibly Ludris, and MAYBE Count Saint Germain after the Danmanra arc, but other than that he clears everyone no diff. ASSUMING he has Ludris' nanotech on hand. Without it he gets soloed by basically everyone.

As do other characters though : - if Okarun hadn't tried to proof Momo that ghost aren't real, he would've been a mere normal boy - if Momo hadn't tried to proof Okarun that aliens aren't real, she would've been a mere normal girl - if Aira hadn't tried to "exorcise" Momo, she would've been captured by Acro Silky and eventually dead. She wouldn't have gotten the power she possessed now
