Yes assets will go up against the U.S. dollar, however the U.S. dollar would become worthless compared to other currencies or global assets. 2022-2023 was a 2008 style pullback. Look at what the market did after 2010 and on. From Jan 2022-Jan 2025 33%. divided by 3yrs gives you an annual 10% gain. Right in line with the long term average.

A different take from my two eyes to yours. When I have applicants arrive at properties I always greet them at their cars. I want to observe if they have clean floorboards, the car’s interior is spotless and if they have the required paperwork neat and orderly. I apply equal weight to this metric as I do to credit reports and background checks. Sven passes all my requirements for whom I listen to and trust and regard as relevant. I admire Sven’s brilliance but also his attention to detail. My god, look at the masonry work in his yard. The gaps perfectly align with the gaps inside his home. In today’s economic environment this attention to detail is vitally important to sniff out scams, frauds and illusions, thank you for a wonderful analysis and insight of today’s financial markets.
