Weapon Select: Sloshing Machine Neo

One thing I find kinda neat is that the only thing Fizzy bombs do not do in any capacity is give you information (they give poke, kill, zone, combo, mobility, paint). This sub only gives you information and literally nothing else, so in a way it's a true opposite to Fizzy. Even though I don't see myself playing the Neo much since it doesn't fit my play style, I can at least appreciate that it's about as different from the vmachine as possible without making it unusable, and I can see the logic that Zooka kinda makes up for the lack of Fizzy.

the lack of inking on this one makes a huge contrast with the vanilla kit, but being able to be way more agressive with the playstyle and kit choice with this one since it doesn't really need saver sub made it really fun for me. If they didn't nerf the firerate it would've been a top tier monster for sure. The lack of long range poking tool really makes you dependent on other longer ranged weapons from your team to cover you, but at least the point sensor benefits your entire team at once

Actually that’s pretty wrong, Fizzy enables a more aggressive playstyle thx to the added mobility, this kit has a way more conservative playstyle instead, since once you’re scooped out your only chance out is hope that you can whip out the Zooka in time or get splatted most of the time you get rushed down, so you have to be way more careful with your positioning since point sensor can’t be used defensively, so it’s kinda ironic that an almost purely aggressive-sub actually doesn’t really let you play aggressively with it, but that’s mostly just because the main weapon really doesn’t allow it, also doesn’t help that on most maps this is actually a useless sub thx to the pretty ugly and horrible map-design lol.

@@SimoneBellomonte oh im having such a better time bring aggresive with the neo kit, actually. But thats just my opinion, the point sensor helps me take crazy positionings constantly to splat people or apply pressure

as someone who’s mained sloshing machine since the beginning, i really like that the two kits have such different playstyles. i tend to be very aggressive so this kit works really well for me. tower control is my favorite mode with this kit and it has become my go-to over the vanilla weapon for it.

Actually it’s the other way out, you have no mobility or defensive options other than Zooka, so ironically despite the sub being almost a purely offensive one you lose on mobility which is very important for this weapon, as a result you end up playing way more conservatively because you have to rely more on your teammates to open up for you, doesn’t help that on most maps there’s really 1 or 2 hiding spots…….

@@SimoneBellomonte mobility is definitely an issue!! but it’s also been forcing me to get good at zoning and get out of my habit of picking every fight right away instead of backing out of their range. i still play it as a support weapon, just a more aggressive support. it’s definitely not viable for every mode and every strategy but for TC it works pretty well!

2 washing machines and nothing to dry your clothes with. When will we get the drying machine that drys everyone ink and can reflect projectiles but it uses their whole ink tank to do so. Their special being ink vac and sub being burst bomb.

It might be too early, as the main weapon is still really new, but I'd love to see a Weapon Select on the Heavy Edit Splatling. I can't quite figure out how to use it as I tend to default to playing it like a Heavy or Nautilus.

I think it plays more like a normal Splatling from the Main weapon alone, although i just came back into the game after a 1 season pause so i don’t remember what the kit is, but judging from the main weapon alone, I think it plays more closely to a standard splatling, a sort-of of in-between between a normal Splatling and Mini, since i believe the charge time is shorter than a normal, but faster than a Mini and has a range in-between both of them. EDIT: NVM misinfo lmao, charge time is actually slower than Normal, but the range is the in-between actually.

I watched every single video all the way so now I have your thoughts in mine since I have one star on at least every single weapon and now I'm going to try to five Star all of them may God have mercy on soul also I'm going to watch future weapon selects as well to get more info on the weapons
