I like to get weapon dmg from sets, penetration from traits/weapons, and percentage modifiers from skills. Seems the most efficient

A few days ago I swapped to the lover's stone (all my armor is divines) and I've started melting people again. I've never had a lot of success stacking wd because people build their toon to block that. You can think about it as ignoring armor vs hitting and hoping your attack does some damage.

OK I know this is 2 years old but this has to be super outdated cause I have a nightbalde with 23k penetration and that's in battlegrounds and I hit like a wet noodle. It's like I'm hitting them with fairy dust or something. So having more penetration only + more damage if you have the weapon or spell damage or large resource pools to back it up.

Youre a NB,get pene from dual wield mace or the lover while stacking crit dmg and spam killer blade and incap aside from watching enemies burst windows its basically autopilot or if you really wanna get carried go cinder/tarnished/plagued with marseelok coming from a nb main since 2015
