Blaze says Dot effect whats about set dots i think of Pure Venom (6 sec dot ticks once per sec ) pure Venom can be Constant reaplayed when using the Bow ability Poison injection (moph Viral shot I think )

Does runecarvers proc from DOT status effects? Like burning poison and heomorage? Because if it does that could be absolutely nasty on the correct build with charged. You also have the vipers set and Savage warewolf which ticks 3 times over 4 seconds. And Al can be constantly re applied with light attacks. Honestly this could be a nastyyyy set used right.

Another alternative to Maras addicts is your local proc stamblade. 3 -2 - poof. Came over to have a look at this vid because 3-4yrs ago some of us ran single target assassin magblades. With the vamp changes and this, that playstyle looks like it's back on the table. Any niche sets that might work with Stars in that capacity? Thinking of a 10 sec in/out of zerg scenario.

If they would’ve made this set to counter cross healing instead of solo heals it would’ve been a good set…. (Every time your healed by an ally u take damage) or some other way but Ele drain is free this will be so oppressive Xv1 and not very useful outnumbered in my opinion. It’ll just push me to run Mara’s which is lame I hate that set.

Can anyone explain why the tool tip says 3100 but the dmg he deal is 2400 when in pvp dmg is supposed to be halfed so shouldn't it only deal 1600? Even if he's buffed up he'd need to be getting that tool tip to what 4800 for those ticks

Not 1 target 1 proc per player. It doesn’t stack multiple times on the same player but u can get it on every target.

I’m aware it doesn’t stack but I tested on the PTS and unless it was bugged I couldn’t get it to proc on multiple targets at once. Will have to test again could have been bugged

@@lhatten512 nah, the wording it correct. It says it applies once every twelve seconds. The crutial part missing is “PER TARGET”. So it will only work on one player per 12 seconds. Sets like Vicecannon of Venom etc always have the words “PER TARGET” in the tooltip which shows they can proc on multiple players within the cool-down.

Mara balm?? Everything should have a counter. No everyone is going to run that set. If it works cool if it doesn't try another attack. There are multiple ways to purge debuffs in game so but that doesn't mean neft the set. Its not a set I feel olid worth slotting for me. Applying defile, vulnerability and this nee set to a maras balm user would close the gap. But both sets seem balanced to me at first glance a very deadly poison to look out for

I main a plar and have dropped clense as its not worth the mag dump imo. You clense and remove 5 of maybe 10-15 negative effects only for.them to instantly be reapplied..just run maras instead, get the cleanse all plus burst heal
