Reggie legitimately reminds me of the character of Trazyn the Infinite. A necron warlord whose clothing is forged out of the spacetime continuum which allows him to manipulate time and store objects and beings in his planet sized museum. He has wines, treasures, Tau diplomats, entire Space Marine regiments, and even shards of actual gods of creation. And why does he keep all of this? Because he can. And because he wants to. 19:59 You have to win a final quest battle after you set the target for the malediction of ruin to start taking effect. We can even see the quest be issued on the right side after cast it. After the "5 turns later" part, on the pinned quests you can also see "Malediction of Ruin" as the name of the quest I'm referring to. I'm pretty sure completing that quest completes the long campaign objective too iirc. The quest battle itself is kind of easy though for this late in the game, so it could have made things pretty anticlimactic.

My favorite part about Mother Ostankya... Mommy-O's real ultimate doomstack is just Her, 7 Hag witches and 12 other units of any type you want. Her artifact, The Cauldron of Power gives embedded hag witches a buff that increases her spell power by 15% for each one up to a max of +100%, making her already pretty incredible Lore of the Hag spells absolutely broken. It's not even hard to get the hero recruitment cap up there. She starts with one, one of her abilities gives two, and completing the short campaign victory by collecting the third Hex gives three. All told you could have your 7 by turn 25. Combine this with her Intercontinental Bear Missile(Spirit bear) ability and Mother Ostankya can single handedly wreck armies all on her own.

For the thing of moving at fast speeds, it's at the camera looking thing, go to your faction, and chance it back to normal. The game randomly assigns you to fastest for no reason sometimes, but it can be nice to speed up.

It might not be entirely random. Pressing the R key on the campaign map toggles your lords and heroes speed. As far as I know, this feature or keybind is not mentioned anywhere and I discovered it watching a streamer. It's very possible Reggie pressed R by accident on the map.

Vampire Counts have a racial recruit trait that reduces enemy leadership in the region by 5. Due to the crisis difficulty settings, that meant enough lords/heroes were spawned in that 14 of them spawned with that trait and were able to just chill in the area, crippling anybody in the region.

Little tipp, hold ALT when casting spells. That stops it from targeting a specific unit and you can freely place it. Especially usefull for the damage circel spells

In a similar vein, if you hold down Left Mouse and not just click, you can change the angle for Breath/Line spells and abilities, so you don’t have to move your spell casters to the flank in order to line up spells

Incase noone else has said it yet, the reason your armys were moving so fast is becuase you pressed R in the overworld. This just speeds up travel animations so you arnt spending 5 years watching your grandpa find his way down the hallway

I believe the -70 leadership is due to the massive amounts of vampire count armies, unless i'm wrong their first army skill gives a -2 leadership buff to enemy armies in the same province. You can probably understand how this may be unbalanced when stacked
