I don't have Glora or Nonowill, and Garcia is only 1 star. What do you recommend I use? I have Cocoa (4 stars), Auguste (3 stars), Innana (3 stars), Beryl (3 stars), Col (3 stars), and Rawiyah (4 stars)

You should be able to do it with Auguste, beryl, Inanna as your core team. Auguste brings so much damage to this fight

Why Balista didn't get punished for attacking with ranged attack

His seige attack counts as AOE attack not ranged attack, so you can use it on the boss. Same with "AOE" attacks of other heroes like Beryl, you can use it on the boss.

if I don't have nonowill, is there another unit you recommend? Could I try Saffiyah for the vulnerable?

Safiyyah’s vulnerability is hard to apply on this boss because she doesn’t get targeted by any single target attack. If you have Gloria, you can try with her instead. Inanna can also help with her co-attack and act again

Yes, she would be a good substitute to try as most of the units I used also benefit from her union aura too. She also has flag to buff everyone up even more
