Bueno esperar por un buen producto no esta nada mal, para que apurarse, Starshiptroopers esta progresando poco a poco. Los desarrolladores estan agregaron armas de las peliculas como los E-Pulse, bichos como el Lanza plasma pequeño y Tigres que ahora son grandes. Este juego esta siendo con mucho cariño, que por que ? Bueno el juego Starshiptroopers del 2005 tenia esa escencia incompleta. Cosa que Extermination lo completa con nuevas armas y esa experiencia de aguantar las hordas en un mismo lugar con bichos plasma bombardeando, bombarderos cayendo, Bichos tigres rompiendo las paredes, luego te quedas sin municion y solo te queda evacuar saltando con tu Jetpack (solo si lo tienes ) o si no tendras que ayudar a defender a tus compañeros hasta la nave de evacuacion, uno cae pero todos se resignan a dejarlo y el que iba a rescatar tambien cae, llamamos al medico y todos regresan por ese hermano que se quedo atras, protegiendo la retaguardia y escuchando el Soundtrack Starshiptroopers Klendathu y asi por fin evacuamos. Esa es la experiencia de Starshiptroopers de la pelicula en el Oupost 29, llevada a un juego.

To be fair this game has way fewer devs than Helldivers 2. Arrowhead has 100+ while Offworld only has 15.

i believe this game is made for online multiplayer only in mind...hence the 25$ price. but i sure hope we will have story mission where everyone is working together.

@GoTi4No yeah ...the good old game where can work both online and offline...now games these days focus too much on "Always online" and when the game stopped....so does all of your money that u put into the game. i think the only game that can work offline is Borderlands series

The game is based on a real movie in the same name and also the game in the past Making it into a single player with a lot of bugs and ai companion would be hard to play (imagine playing left 4 dead but have to building base and command our ally 😂)

I prefer single aswell because once the servers are gone you can't play anymore and unless they make a new one then that's it. I'm still going to get it though. Looks awesome

In the original Starship Troopers you fight Arachnids with beam rifles. The Arachnids also got similar weapons.

Jajaja qué hablas, eso fue hace un año, el juego aún sigue en desarrollo. Ahora ya tiene más armas y Soldados especializados (ingeniero, médico, francotirador, Ranger, Guardian, Demolisher) Aparte de que agregaron armas como los Rifles E-Pulse, el Arma de Dax al final de Starshiptroopers 2 en esa escena épica, el arma parece una mini gun pero es de E-Pulse. Están agregando más cosas de las películas, escuché o leí por allí que habría una actualización para desplegar refuerzos "llamar a un Marauder y pilotarlo" Ya que en este juego los tigres son y los lanza plasmas pequeños son una amenaza muy hostil y de gran tamaño, no como en el Starshiptroopers de 2005, en este juego eran pequeños.

Those tiny ass barrels that would be on those pistols. All the rifles are bullpuped for max barrel but small package then here comes those pistols with like 1in barrels. I know I know scifi gun look cool go pew pew pew but damn! Don't show me you understand the importance of bullpups as the future then piss on pistols like that yo

Look at the reload of the Eliminator pistol (2nd pistol, reload animation when completely dry) They have no clue whatsoever. Grabbing the pistol with the left hand from top, flipping it over, inserting a new mag with the right hand and then grip it with the right again to hold it normal is such a clumsy retarded reload - especially when they got the first one fine. But the whole pistol seems a bit retarded given the mag size/supposed cartridge size and extremely short barrel length. Like shooting a 5.56 or even 7.62 from a desert eagle or glock. Just ridiculously oversized mag.

@@kabakaprime5127 These pistols are directly ripped from the Starship Troopers RPG tabletop game. The big pistol does use the same exact ammo as the regular Morita rifle to share the same ammo pool, and to actually cause recoil and stop an Arachnid. That same guide warns that the regular Peacemaker pistol won't kill a bug; so they had to beef it up here to actually make it a useful sidearm. From the damage die, it's safe to assume it only shot 9mm originally.
