Mathieu Edde I always go by the categories in the game. NITRO .700 is not a sniper rifle because there is no sniper scope. It is not shotgun because it uses a sniper ammunition. This is just amazing rifle with great power.

***** sniper scope? just call it an optic or simply, a scope. also, there is no such thing as "sniper ammunition" . for example, a 30-06 bolt action rifle can be used as a hunting rifle with a low range scope, or just a field gun with plain iron sites. my point being, it is the same round of ammunition. The .700 nitro is a break action double barrel rifle used for elephant hunting.

Random nitpicking on Ubisoft : The M712 Schnellfeuer was a modified handgun of German design. It was designed for full auto and came with a fixed stock. Don't know why it is only semi-auto and the stock magically disappeared. The MP5 charging handle shouldn't go back with every round being discharged. It should stay locked until the user needs to reload, in which they could HK slap the bolt after pulling it into the Safety position, or pulling it after a fresh mag is in. Woah. I typed a lot of facts.

Also : the Vector .45 ACP should have a bolt catch that comes unlocked, and it would be faster to press it, but the character doesn't. The A52's bolt should stay locked at the farthest back position because the mechanism of the rifle locks the bolt after the last round is fired. The MS16 (or Socom 16)'s bolt should also lock.

The game was better when the locks are working. The Mark IV's 32 cal. rounds are automatically ejected when releasing the cylinder.the mp5 is not meant to be automatically locking.the bz19's charging handle is not on the left. also with the ms16(m14),and the spaz 12. the mg42's charging bolt must be brought back to the front because it wont fire when its still on the rear. the svd's mag has 10 rounds and not left handed.
