A beautiful flight John which I must say was very picturesque. I think the presence of tree's and villages added to the beauty of this aerial trip. It does bring home how scenic the countryside is in this location. This is definitely a walkers paradise. This is such a beautiful flight and so much to take in. your flying skills are very good. I will be watching this again, and again as I don't like missing any detail lol. Thank you John for another superb flight of this wonderful part of the UK. 😃👌👍👍👍👍👍

Thank you Kim, yes it is lovely part of the country, you're right about the walkers and lots of cyclists too, they come from all over the country. The people are really friendly here too, which is a bit surprising after that Gatwick farce! While I was flying the drone a local farmer drove his quad bike across the fields to find out what I was up to, we chatted for about 45 minutes and then a local lady stopped her car to join in, I love that and wish more people would ask what I'm up to, then they wouldn't have to rely on the horror stories from the press for information!

@@assessorjohn Totally agree with you John. This "Gatwick Conspiracy " has really back fired on those perpetrators and now the public know something just didn't add up. This will now be desperately swept under the carpet hoping we will forget. 😀👍👍👍👍👍

It's like the 'collision' with the British airways jet last year - was probably a Tesco carrier bag!

@@stephengunrunnerhanson3550 Oh yes, I know the place, I've explored the quarries on either side of the road there. Spectacular views of Weardale and Teesdale up there. Great spot for your radio signals too I expect.
