Hand down to his Mom, the way she talks giving simple instructions with love😍. Cooking we all can achieve a great final product using different ingredients and all taste good, some a little better than others. She didn’t used many ingredients but everything with salt and pepper can’t go wrong. My self I used salt, pepper, adobo, cumin, sofrito, garlic, and not yet one complaint about it. All I get is complements.
