Yeah, I'm hoping that this win along with the Villa and Man Utd win shows fans that we can compete against the challengers for the top 4. Yes, we're inconsistent at the moment, but we might as well give Ange three full seasons as I think he can do something special here. Last season set-pieces were a problem, but he has sorted that and I'm sure he'll sort out the other issues too. I'm encouraged by the way he talks about finding the right mentality in the players and I'm sure long-term that will eventually pay-off. I also like the Maddison interviews I heard from him. He said he knows exactly what the manager wants and Ange pulled him aside before the games when he was dropped to say they needed Sarr in there for his running and interceptions, so it's not like squad have lost any faith in him, he seems to have really drilled it down into the players that this is a journey they're on and even if you don't start for tactical reasons for a couple of games, you're still an important squad member.

For the "Ange out" crowd, understand that Tottenham is NOT a winning club. Underachieving is so ingrained in the club's character that it'll take a change to its vey core (the hardest change to achieve) in order to create a winning club. Once you understand this, you'll realise how important Ange's work is. This is why Australian fans and Celtic fans are telling you to not mess with it. Back the man. Celebrate the wins, deal with the losses, and trust the bloody process.

Vicario 9 can’t give a 10 as a lot of shots were at him But he was a perfect 9 Porro 8 gave away 2 incredibly bad gifts to City who wasted them. Was secure for the most part when being attacked on his side. His goal was classic Porro and his rating shot up in the 2nd half as he kept being in the right place at the right time to stop attacks. Dragusin 8 started off poorly by aggressively going for a ball that led to a dangerous city attack. But quietly grew stronger and stronger and could not be beat. Great long ball to Deki The Dragon breathed fire 🔥 Davies 9 Did a similar lunge to Dragusin which led to a Man City chance but was the key to our defense he was everywhere and kept popping up to defend the space that Udogie had left. Confident calm passing provided a beautiful partnership with Maddison to break up attacks and start attacks. Udogie 7poor defending on more than a few occasions allowing Ariel threats to come in from the back. Some cross’s he just stood still not even attempting to jump. Better at going forward but on one bursting run he just stopped not knowing what to do with the ball. He also did a blind pass to a city player. But he grew stronger as the game went on and made some great passes and some key tackles. I put his 7 down to poor awareness from his blind side and I think he hasn’t truly recovered from an injury.Despite this 7 he was really good against the supposed champions. Bissouma 9was untidily and sloppy when pressured at the back but this was down to Man City’s pressing and being given a few bad passes that he didn’t have a chance with. Bissouma Shone brightly when stuck in the center breaking up plays. He became stronger and muscled out the city players. No complaints over the yellow card it was a good foul to take and a yellow so early didn’t stop him playing brilliantly and boy did he. Sarr 8 one of the greatest premier players when not touching the ball. Despite hardly ever touching the ball or hardly doing anything with it he has an annoying energetic presence that makes you think he’s owned the ball. He was like that against city. He was everywhere running up and down hardly touching the ball but annoyingly being in the vision of the city players and it bothered them. He started slowly and looked like giving an average Sarr performance gave the ball away a few times in his own area and had only touched the ball twice in about 20 minutes. Then I started noting down Sarr highlights 27th minute “Beautiful” Sarr. 35th Minute. Great move. Sarr just became more and more present and unfairly had free kicks against him when cleanly taking away the ball. Sarr became a star and was everywhere. Now we need to see him do this every game. Maddison a perfect 10 Nothing else to be said apart from he’s been unfairly judged and has played better than people have given him credit for. There’s nothing here that’s he hasn’t been doing all season and he’ll tell you the same. It’s just it hasn’t come off. Deki an almost perfect 10 but a great 10only 2nd to Maddison did make a few poor choices with the final pass but you can’t be perfect can you ? Deki is the best player in the prem this season and playing back on the right worked. Solanke 8 unstoppable pressing he out ran Sarr which is virtually impossible. Great defending, great little flicks set up a perfect Porro buster and was unlucky that a few things didn’t come off Son 8 getting back to his best, tried a few son type tricks that nearly worked but he’s being used wisely as he gets back to his best. His close play and passing around the opposition stood out more than usual. Johnson 8 brought on at the perfect time (something I’ve been saying all season) the timing was perfect his fresh legs and confidence around goal scared city. If not for being ignored on a few attacks and hitting the post could have had had 3 goals in such a short space of time.even covered well defensively. Werner 9 the greatest use of a super sub. This is what you use him for pure speed late in the game to rush past tired defenders and it was another example of Ange’s style of football, one side of the wing attack setting up a goal for the other wing to score. He gets a 9 only for a 9.58 second run and assist The exact 100m world record held by Usain Bolt. Who’s never scored for spurs but Werner has. Ange gets a 10 for sticking to being Ange and not being deterred by fickle fans and clueless journalists. Fans get a 20 as you could hear the. Sing all match above the city fans. Fave song on the day you’re getting sacked in the morning towards pep. Ref gets a 7 he did well And Var gets a 10 for being anonymous Man City gets a 115 and let’s hope they do

Burning out players out by turning the screws on everyone we play may not be a good thing. let them rest or take a game off if it means we go to into the lion's den and turn them into kittens. Consider this, we lose to Palace (by 1) then break city's win streak and put Villa to the sword. We then lose to Ipswich (By 1) and put city to the sword at home breaking another 50+ game streak. At this stage if losing to bottom of the ladder teams to keep our boys embarrassing top of the table teams I say go ahead.

Draguszin was still pretty bad. Can the guy pass a ball to his teammates without it bouncing to them or being over hit!? It is frightening that a professional footballer has no ability to pass the ball smoothly and with the right weight in a consistent manner. I stand by my claim he won't be at the club long term - maybe my call that Ange would be rid of him by the end of the season won't come to pass, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Poor take. Yes and his shit passes are the reason we beat city 4 nil. Hating for no reason.

He had a good game. Yes, he's been bad, but credit where it's due. Well done Radu

Radu needs work on his composure but look at that first goal. Who blasted that beautiful long ball to kulu?

I'm not an expert but it looks like Ange has lost the players

Obviously we are all buzzing from this incredible performance and couldn’t agree more with your ratings and comments…it’s one of those games that will go down in our history. Man City are not at their best but we smashed them and they will find it hard to shake this off. We are all hungry for success but I have to mention that Ben enshrines the fickleness that surrounds our club. Now in a way it’s understandable and hopefully it helps to drive us forward but we need more of a strong backbone as supporters…enough now of this misguided criticism of our club. Tottenham till I die…COYS!!!!!!!!!!! 🤍💙🤍💙🤍💙

You guys are getting so carried away. We were terrible. Spurs were brilliant. But relax. We have lost 5 in a row for a reason.

Yes I agree. It wasn't man city at their usual best. Also you still had a number of shots that on another day would have gone in
