Wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor CGM as a non-diabetic

How was the personal coach access through the Ultrahuman app? Is it worth it to pay the extra for their system over getting a CGM through insurance?

You mention both Ultrahuman CGM and Freestyle Libre 3 CGM (around @3:10) -- which one did you use and which integrate with Apple Health / Ultrahuman app ? Edit: Looking around it seems that Ultrahuman is using the Libre 3 for their own. I assume the ones from pharmacies prescribed will work just the same with Ultrahuman?

Ultrahuman uses the Libre 3 CGM so I was speaking of the same thing.
