I love this. As an environmental scientist, I’m so tired of fast fashion and all of this consumerism that is using up vast amounts of our limited resources. I know longer watch videos or consume content that is about fast fashion and I think everyone needs to follow that. Buying second hand is so amazing and it forces you to think outside of the box and be creative. Plus a lot of it is going to be one of a kind. I would love to see you doing more videos on second hand stuff. There’s a lot of cool vintage shops and even online stores like postmark you can do videos on. Please share more about the environment and advocate for a different way of living bc our earth is depending on us. And so many people look up to celebrities and influencers on what they want to buy and how they want to live.

All the clothes do get sent to these countries, but as the clothes are such poor quality the majority is unwearable - meaning these countries are then left with all the landfill to deal with, instead of the countries who are mass producing them.

I wanted to say that I appreciate you talking about how fast fashion is bad for the environment and in addition how fast fashion brands sometimes steal small businesses designs. I think it is important for people to know that while brands like Shein are cheap, they come at a cost environmentally and economically. James!! I have been seeing this one makeup hack, where you take wooden stamps, dip it in eyeliner, or some colored liquid make up, and you put it on your face!! You would literally look stunning!!! I saw this one girl, and she did butterfly stamps, and she put three stamps going from the base of her eye, to the top of her brow. Just a suggestion of where you can do them, but you would look incredibly glamorous anywhere you choose to put them!! Let me know if you choose to use this hack!!!
