The Select 2.0 looks good. Seems like a solid budget option. My comfort movies: Back to the Future, Happy Gilmore, V for Vendetta

The soccer Predator inspiration that the designer mentioned in the podcast is 100% noticeable in these. I think these look terrific and may end up having to try a pair out (when they hit sales). Comfort movies: Harry Potter series (always). There's not really any reason to mention anything else, but I'll add Cinderella Man

Just bought a pair at DSG. Very pleasantly surprised how much I like them. Tried them on out of intrigue and ended up buying because that feel amazing, IMO. Super light, materials feel nice, cushion is minimal but nice, definitely go down in size (I went down a full size to 13 from my normal 14), and IDK what else to say I think they just feel really nice on foot. Obviously not a super bouncy cushion so if that’s your thing, then go a different route. But I like em a lot, especially at an affordable price point. They don’t choke your toes either which is something I’ve come to appreciate.

How is the width in the forefoot? Does it crush your pinky toe?

IMO it’s really good. Doesn’t pinch my toes at all which a lot of hoop shoes do.

Adidas are killing it imo design and performance wise atm Couldn’t get my hands on the ae1 in the uk as both colours sold out fast but happy with the Harden 7s

I really enjoyed the harden vol.4 so I will definitely check these out. Had to retire my pair had worn the traction out, glad that these are budget friendly too.

Been playing in the adizero select 1.0 Evan mobley PE colorway for a few months. Not a bad shoe, just a dust magnet on dirty courts. Might have to try out the 2.0 now

Oooooooooh Comfort movie? Hmmmmmmm….I personally love rom coms, so the majority might be that i think, like Hitch, Mr Right (this seems to be a little unknown starring Anna Kendrick and Sam Rockwell), The Devil Wears Prada, CHEF, the Batman (TAS movies) Mask of the Phantasm/ Sub-Zero/ Mystery of the Batwoman, Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase, Dogma……to name a few. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤓😆
