They give me huge Kyrie 3 vibes with that mid cut height, and the toe box area, with that strap looking feature that's just behind the toe box and wraps up around the upper, like the Kyrie 3 or other shoes like the Kobe AD Exodus had. Basically this is like what a Lebron and a Kyrie would look like mashed up. Kinda interesting.

I have had 6s, 7s and now these 8s. 7s def had more cushioning and were more comfortable so I wear them casually where as these feel a bit more performance orientated. Love the Lakers colourway too!

RIP to the Soldier line, idk what has happen to that line. With these on the other hand, these are beautiful. I'm on the fence wanting it but with the no cushion upfront is kind of a turn off for me but like you said it is a more comfortable foam. If they add even just a rectangle zoom in the forefoot I would prolly consider it

The witness line is underrated. I started with the witness 4 and they’ve been excellent. I’m thinking they omit tech info to not give the consumer to much information on deciding whether you want the signature line and the budget line. PS: the lion sculpture in the witness 4 has obliterated my friends shins when ever we bang legs 😂

I collect witness 7. My legs got fucked up due to illness. Need that full air unit of the 7. Cant imagine why ppl hating on the 7. One of the better Nike shoes ive owned. Lightest lebron. To me the witness 8 is not usable but im 6'3" and 240 lbs. For a point guard these 8s look sick. Soft and squishy. Rubber crown "roll protector". Im obsessed with the 7. Nike is still releasing new 7 colorways. Theyre promoting both shoes i suppose

These are clean! kinda give me kyrie vibes but with more cushion which is exactly what I'm looking for in a basketball shoe. Plus, they look nice. More than you can say about a lot of budget basketball shoes.

Great shoe for pickleball. I wear all the witnesses 6-8. 8 being the best yet... 6 being the second. Older crew need cushion and performance not just performance court shoes.

Totally different shoe. Hard to compare. The 7 has a full air unit and stiffer heel support (plastic swoosh design). These look amazing for fast twitch ballers, small, quick players. The 8s have a soft padded collar and less cushion. Depends how much cushion you want. If you're short and play low to floor the 8 seems better. The 8 shoe is soft and much more bendable. The 7 is more stiff
