i love my dame 5 already. First used in the weight room to kinda break it in. then used it in the outdoor court. Damn the bounce i get. Its a different level compared to my old tmac or crazy 8. And yes, the lockdown! good job Adidas.

I just got the dame 5 because I have been wearing the same pair of mad handles for 7 years, never wore them outside always wiped and cleaned them after about a week or so of playing. I recently started playing at a higher level and noticed my feet cramping in the arch area, figured it’s about time for some new kicks, as soon as I tried the dames I knew they were going to be perfect for me. People complain about the grip, but after using a shoe almost a decade old... these feel like super glue on my feet. I love em.

Ahhh.... Ektio. I have a horrible ankle and I bought four pairs from them (2 of their original line... one was an indoor and one was an outdoor version) and then 2 more when they went out of business. It took some getting used to, but they were great shoes. All thanks to you.

Love these shoes. Got them in the Mint-colorways and it feels great as well as looks great. The only drawback is the material of the upper areas for this colorway that gets dirty easy but is durable. Oh yeah, the traction and cushion are as good as advertised here.

Back here to watch reviews since I'm thinking of getting a second pair to play in! Agree totally with the review, but the traction indoors on dusty dirty courts just wasn't the best as expected. Would need to wipe every play. I've been using them outdoors and they are phenomenal. Also agreed with the sizing especially, I loosen the toebox and bring my foot all the way to the front and tighten them up. Surprisingly my foot doesn't slide back to the heel when of the shoe which is really good as it really sucks in and holds your foot in place.

I did get the Dame 5s - i would say they werent as great for me as they were for Nightwing but not horrible like the Solebrothers. I use the Dame 5s to play outdoors here and there but I'm mostly an indoor court player. What kind of sneaker are you looking for? For me my go to sneakers in rotation are the Harden 3s, PG3s and Curry 6. The Curry 6 was true to size for me at 9.5 but the PG3 and Harden I had to get a 10.

Love the court feel and support of this shoes, I expected no less from the full length bounce, never thought it'd feel more better compared to the harden 2 I used to wear.. The midsole and the heel paddings did made it feel a little bulky but I don't mind, as you play on it the feeling just goes away. No regrets in buying them. Thank you for always giving great reviews.

Yes, I was hoping these were good. When they leaked images of those pastel green, funky reds and pastel orange they looked bloody ridiculous. But both the colourways you reviewed are dope and to be honest I would even wear mixed pairs. I had to laugh that you played church ball not because it's lame but I thought how does Nightwing keep his cool without dropping F bombs right good church folks? I got family in Elk Grove who play church ball in Sac, where do you normally play at? Love your work keep it up.

The volume in the toe area actually saved me because I have slightly wider feet. Most shoes that I get with a fitted toe end tend to show my toes through the shoe and makes it look like I got fat feet. But hey, to each his own.

If heat is an issue, you’re gonna want the Dames. The Protros are tanks, but that leather is going to trap some more heat. The mesh Dames are probably going to be the best bet.
