Those are fire. I just got the blue/white Olympic pair (#8) from Shoe Palace. They fit TTS and are more comfortable than most retros.

I had a pair of the originals when I was in middle school and got in trouble for playing ball in them. My mom told me they were too expensive to mess up. Also, the sandal version of these shoes are a travesty.

Oh man I had the all white OGs... actually I still have them. They can't be worn as they are damn near 30 years old the outsole is basically smooth and would turn to dust but I am not getting rid of them. LOL I may have to look into getting those all white lows those are fire!

Hey Chris and Jodi, great stuff as usual! Long time viewer (circa 2015?) here. I'm totally okay with the title of this video, but could you guys put the shoe's name in the title (at the end) of the video? It's harder to find the video after the fact (several months/years) when there's no name or the whole shoe is not really visible in the thumbnail (that in itself is fine). If there's either of the two that would be amazing! Thanks for everything.

Been buying osiris d3's exclusively for two years straight. The silhouette of these look almost just like d3's with the shortnosed toebox and im sure Osiris took the full length air from the uptempo. The ambush versions have that phat ass tongue but this colorway is the one. The black and gums are probably the one id get because black and gum shoes are a skateshoe staple ( i know these are basketball inspired 🤷‍♂️) but im in love with d3's. Its like having a type and cheating on your girl with another that resembles her😏

To remove insoles, u need to wear a lot before doing it. Afterward, wash in the laundry washer for a gentle cycle. That will be work^^

Lows is not the issue, sales prove lows sell way better than mid/highs especially in Asia cuz ppl's distorted perception of the highs are like 9inch boots thinkin it will make them look really short. The bigger issue I have is that they A I R is in white fabric, which you know is reaaally hard to clean once they start to get dirty

QOTD: would you rather fly like in DBZ or teleport anywhere like in the movie Jumper? @3:32 what do designers think of this current regime? I personally don't think much of it all. Last 20-30 years have been a massive race to the bottom, large companies slowly diminishing their products training the customer, if you will, to accept less and to lust for the hype that has little to no substance behind it. I think the concept of revisiting old styles is brilliant. But as a massive Reebok fan I just can't think of anytime it's ever been done well!!!!! Perhaps the Billy hoyles were really well done, they were certainly the best pumps made by anybody in the last 30 years. But I honestly look at the Billy hoyles as an outlier. :)

Actually they made them more wearable As ive gotten older, im in my 30s now, I find myself HATING the process of lacing up hightop sneakers Meanwhile I could just slide my feet into lowtops with no hassle Its the reason my Yeezy 350s get so much wear while my Yeezy 750s havent been worn since 2017 My Yeezy QNTMs havent been worn since 2020

The midtop version of the More Uptempo (the base model) has elastic straps doubling the laces, so you can just slide in and keep the laces unlaced (or loosely enough to slip in and out). And even without this, the laces use an early version of the speed lasing things so just pulling on them tightens it enough to lace comfortably. You don't have to pull each row one by one like on traditional hightops.

The More Uptempo might be my all-time favorite Air sneaker. Lows were never needed. But I think AMBUSH did a WAY better job at their attempt than this though.
