Cynicalex may be bad at using Storm, but as someone who regularly uses Storm in Shadowlands now and against World Bosses back in the day. The difference in damage output and survivability is night and day compared to Storm without her uniform. Aesthetically, I would've preferred her 90's White costume from TAS or her Punk costume, but I don't regret buying this. Well worth it.

Yea, anyone who has played her before her buff, knows how she played and how “well” she was able to play in WBU or even SL. This is such a huge change from what she was and now I enjoy watching her kick ass, and still hold her own. Proc on 3 is also pretty good, try 5c4c3c2 and the damage is quite decent. Although 2 doesnt have a she can still dodge most attacks with the 15% all speed buff

I use storm in giant boss raid and I was able to get master mold's health down to 39. Sure it took me the entirety of the game, but I love her so much. Hey, maybe if I can upgrade her more, maybe, just maybe, I can make her better. Idk. 🤷‍♀️

I still can use storm in SL without uni and this uni does not do enough so I’ll skip it...still don’t understand why JG uni does not have mind control when she is a telepath but SW does who is not a telepath. Don’t understand NM’s logic when designing mutants. Y does not Bishop have energy reflect but colossus have physical reflect? Y does not juggernaut have immunity to snare and silence if he is the unstoppable juggernaut? NM create sub optimal characters n unis n people still buy them...

I have a level 66 Jean Grey and I don't yet have Dr. Doom (still T1 Victorious). If I had a new account, I would still get Invisble Woman pack first because of the rewards. Today a ran Doom Deluxe pack for 22 bio, 2x 6* iso-8 boosters, 1x 5* obelisk, 1x 4* obelisk, 1x 4*iso-8 plus gold. Magneto's Mutual Enemy yieded 20 bios, 75 feathers, 18 m'kraan xtals, 5 m'kraan shards plus gold. I think gold and bios are a wash. Overtime, IMHO, Doom's Day deluxe pack rewards are just too superior not to prioritize as 1st deluxe pack.

Idk man, she should be far better. Storm is so such fan-favorite character. I don't know why Netmarble has problems with making some characters better, and I dont mean totally Overpowered. Don't get me wrong, I understand it is selfish and biased to want your character to be top of the meta, but if she got some invincibility or immunity and heal would that make her top of the meta? I highly doubt it. I dont really understand this, if you dont want to make someone meta, thats okay, but what about giving them something else? Additioanl effects, utility, better leadership, something. Now we are stuck with a Shadowland character for another year probably until she gets something. I know the "lore powers" arguments is applicable to huge variety of characters, but hey I will rant anyway. In recent run of X-men she was able to summon a gigantic tidal wave. She wielded Stormbreaker. Potential Omega-level mutant. She was revered as a Goddess before joining the X-men. And if thats not all read "X-men:Worlds apart". Tons of godlike acomplishments there. Defeating the Shadow-king, taking out X-men, insane weather stuff. Also eventhought the skills are very visually nice, Storm has much more in her arsenal. There could be some fog/rain skill that would heal her or make her invisible or something. There could be so much more. :/ Well there is hoping for Tier 3/another uniform. I know this is so much ranting but so many of my favorite characters are either complete garbage (ex. Black Cat) or only usable in SL (Storm, Domino, Fantomex....) But thanks for the video, always looking forward to watching them.

@@kabbo8303 it'll active every 7 seconds the icon in the corner turns green and counts down 5 seconds. It pretty much scales up you damage of the skill it lands on that's why cynacalex always says to proc on the 4th or 5th skill. It takes practice and timing because it's a 7 second cool down.
