Thanks. Excellent report. I just found this channel and subbed. I've just moved to Susanville and find most reports cut off their maps and forecasts at Donner summit/Truckee. Although you don't mention Susanville specifically, your maps show me enough to guess what I'm about to get hit by.

Awesome! That was one of my goals with Weather NorCal. To give many of the forgotten communities in this area a little more attention than the local source on TV. I was the Chief Meteorologist at the Redding TV station for about 25 years and recently saw the decline of TV and decided to give this a shot. So far so good! Thanks for taking the time to post your comment. By the way, 5 days a week I do a quick forecast specific to the Eastern Mountains.

@@jfowler7604 Yes. All 6 Neighborhoods (Eastern Mountains is one of them) are always included in the regular forecast updates.
