This knife is insane! Kershaw is back baby! I don't know if Kershaw's Chinese factories are owned by them or if they're subcontracting out some of their stuff, but this is leaps and bounds above what I've seen from them before (certainly a looooong way since my first knife which was a Chinese Kershaw twelve years ago). This straight up takes it to the premium versions of the Bugout (US vs China made, yeah, yeah I know). $175 on BB seems pretty competitive - can't immediately think of a knife I'd comp it to. Maybe a couple of premium Kizers?

That Iridium by Kershaw looks very tempting to buy for me! Wish it was USA made like the Bel Air. Yesterday I said I liked my Kizer Original in 20CV & dark gold CF better than my Bel Air. Basically what’s in my pocket becomes my favorite knife but having them both out I’ll take the Bel Air USA made over the Kizer Original any day of the week!😊

I think you and Rollshambo are the only ones that correctly pronounce Satyr.😊 Different steels have different grain structures, so they take finishes differently. I wish it was USA made but I'll take it. I think SMKW has it.
