It's hard to make websites... it's much easier to make criticisms! So I try my best to not be too critical.
In this video I take a look at real estate websites and explain what I think they do well and what they can improve on!

Some web design tips we cover:
- Try to be human- use a generous sprinking of videos and photos with the realtor in them.
- Be careful with overbranding- it can be confusing.
- Get creative with lead generation!
- Visitors scan websites- they don't read them. So distill content down to the essentials.

Love the content although there were some accessibility issues eg with Jenner's website at 8:51, the image with text is not accessible to people with disabilities and that could (and has) lead to lawsuits. It also makes content inaccessible to some portion of the population which isn't what you want. Great review and content.

That is some good info. I loved the booking, the photo of myself and more description of my services are needed. Some buyers ask if they have to pay a commission. I did not do my job and explain enough. Looking to move my web hosting away from the company I work for. Do you know of a fair-priced web hosting site for realtors that can integrate IDX or can I build one and link to my MLS directly? Thanks, Great Video!

For the first one, "revel" and "revolution" are two words with may have a common etymology (may!), but they have no relation to each other in modern English. You're as well having "flat" and "flattery" - it's just not consistent branding

You can use wordpress to make this kind of website

Use can use Google extensions like wappalyzer to check on what page builder these websites are built on. It gives somewhat accurate answer but can get wrong at times

What website builders do you recommend for realtors?

If you need for yourself wordpress is great. Plz stay away from wix and squarespace as a web designer I would not recommend you use both of these. Plus if you need for your agency than Webflow or Framer would be great. These two are good for managing larger scale websites. But to get your business online and maybe start getting buyer leads from your local area Wrodpress is great.

Good question. I’m not actually editing the website- I’m just tweaking the developer code in my browser. (I can do this for any website- not just Squarespace.)

Don't worry that won't happen. He is just editing the code in his browser it won't make any change to your website.
