This talk is about Solarpunk, but even more it’s about where we were, where we are, and where we’re going.
David Graeber, best known for his book “Debt: The First 5000 Years” has in various instances talked the future or lack thereof we’ve found for ourselves.
But I submit that we have in some ways done worse: we’ve imagined a future that we may not truly want to live in. In this discussion, I’d like us to instead think about the futures we might want to see. Most if not all of these futures, as the title suggests, are Solarpunk.
