The most interesting part of the game Dan. We could all learn a lot by practising the mental side of the game and save quite a few shots. Brilliant content again. 👍👍🥇

Another good double act. Another suggestion for an episode would be how to maintain focus and ignore the distractions eg other players and their actions.

Great stuff Dan! All amazing advice -- I followed a lot of this advice over the past few seasons and got my handicap from 4 down to 0 currently -- looking forward to more installments!

Another good video guys, really interesting content especially the controlling the emotions and analysis immediately following bad / good shots. I wonder if you could give some advice on good v bad rounds. Often I can have a brilliant mid week game with friends and then play a couple days later have a bad round in a weekend comp or even vice-versa, any advice greatly appreciated 👍

How does one stop the mental attitude of trying to hit the ball hard with a difficult or intimidating shot? Thanks

I have a playing partner who is not a good golfer. Even when he hits a really good shot he criticizes it. He might hit a good approach shot onto a green ten or fifteen feet left of the pin and then he complains that he "pulled it." He probably only hits two or three green in regulation in a round and he is disappointed with a shot miles better than he has any right to expect. I often comment on this to him but it doesn't seem to sink in.
