Yes, our season could have been so much better if Martinez and Varane were consistently available but people often forget that ETH was also planning to start Mainoo but he got injured in pre season. How different our season could have been if Mainoo and Hojlund had started in August. I hope ETH stays. His youth development has been immense and you can see he is connecting the youth team to the senior squad which could save us millions moving forward

I think the disrespect and piling-on of Ten Hag has been criminal, especially the past few days. The clowns on ESPN, are so disappointed United have won it today and from the bit I've heard already, the coverage in England has been the same, probably more vitriolic. I thought the lads saved their best performance for last....and we needed it for that last 20 minutes. I think the decision on ETH has been made, and it certainly looked like he was saying his goodbyes at the end, but there's no one better out there for me at the minute. The manager's signings have been poor, he's tactically naive far too often, but he seems to have been brilliant for all the youngsters. With all the ridiculous injuries and off-the-pitch issues we've suffered through all year, I'd give him another year and a chance to make up for this season. If Ten Hag is sacked I will lose all the faith I had in Ratcliffe and INEOS, I wanted them to take over from the Glazers but if they sack Ten Hag it will be obvious that the Glazers are still control and they are just puppets.
