It is early days and it is great that you are trying to everything. I must say though that for the people looking to actually build an app, there is an ocean of difference between windsurf and Databutton. I realize that it isnt for you, but empathy also enlights

I like using bolt for the initial framework and then building/refining with cursor.

It's simple, neither of the two you mention in the title is the best. The two best are Cline and Windsurf. Without a doubt and without any possible ambiguity. All users will tell you this as I do. Except those who don't use them, of course, and who are wrong not to.
