Hey Man I stumbled into this channel because of the Dev putting a link to this video in the IndieGameDev subReddit and I just wanted to say you have a great voice for YT. Your cadence, and enunciation is spot on! You also give great insight for us Devs to keep in mind! Best of Luck in your YT career! If you are interested in reviewing more games I'll hit you up when its time for my game to come out!

Ah, I just jumped into r/indiedev and r/gamedev and saw the post. Oof.. I came off more harsh than I meant to. I'm going to have to follow up on Reddit, because I want to be encouraging and supportive more than critical. Feel free to reach out to me, I'd be happy to play what you're making.

@@vmeezo-theawesomeduoyou were supportive! It was good advice and I've fixed a few of the bugs already. I made the Reddit post for 1# to remind myself and others to test more and 2# to show that sharing a game even a buggy one is a good thing! Get people to test it, find issues and improve! I also second that you have an awesome voice! ❤

Oh sweet, I might jump back into it tomorrow then when I have more time. I'm hoping for the full game you're going to have an option to continue a save? I can understand not having it for the demo, but it might work if for the demo you restricted the size of the world or left out some biomes? This is a great game for 20-30 minute spurts and being able to come back to it daily to keep working on the space spider's lair would be awesome. Food for thought! And thanks! Many people enjoying my voice today, makes me glad. Keep up the awesome work, I look forward to making my next Webraft video!@@christopheradams5339

You know its interesting because I don't think you were harsh at all. I think sometimes when we do dev work we develop an attachment for our projects that can taint our perception of reality. We overlook issues because its not as bad as it used to be. Also we sometimes overlook basic features or natural code pathways because of how testing is done. We need outside people to offer honest criticism because our wifes/husbands/gfs/bfs/friends whoever has a vested interest in being supportive and not entirely honest. I think for whatever its worth you were fair, honest and offered good feedback while remaining relatively positive even though there were some big issues. Great Job! @@vmeezo-theawesomeduo

Demo is too early in Development to be getting reviewed in this format tbh. You got a good yt voice though, calm, good pace. Subscribed.

Thanks on both sentences. I'll be coming back to Webcraft in the future when it's ready for another look :)
