the Grate is Great, But I use a regular Carbon steel Wok with the wooden handles removed. No Enamel to chip or destroy. Until the rest of the accessories are made of non coated black iron they can keep the crap..

you should never pour oil into a porcelin coated wok, a chinese cook does it all the time to a carbon steel wok. with no ill effects.

This is quite possibly the most gross violation of how to use a wok I have ever seen. This grill just can't do a wok justice, so quit ripping people off for the accessory and move on to a rib rack.

nudsh Does it matter where the source of heat is, so long as it's very hot? Nope.
