Weber Key - espresso shot

Finally got it dialled in (almost)...and this is a shot from it.
There is a bit of variability between shots because the feed rate can change, sometimes significantly.

I bought the ECM mechanica max a few weeks ago. It took a few weeks before I could have it plumbed in. The 3 bar preinfusion was a real step up, only possible with a direct line. Well worth the money and convenience of the inbuilt BWT filter. Bought from BellaBarista after demo in house.

What is your machine? What brand and model?

The Machine is an ECM Barista Max, it's a very clever machine. I need to really do a video on it. I did one with the old phone, but it's 1080p and it's video is not so good.
