Thanks for the video - I'm glad I watched it (while I assembled the grill). The assembly "instructions" are pretty vague overall... but with the video made more sense.

I ordered from Home Depot and nearly all the exterior panels were dented. Called Weber and customer service stayed on the line and directed me to unbox and inspected all the panels. I took photos, made a pdf and noted all the flaws and emailed. They shipped out and I had it all the next day--worth paying more for Weber products.

Here's a GREAT tip, before removing the grill box open the lid and remove all of the parts first, this makes removing the grill box from the card board box much easier, especially if you're doing this by yourself.

Very helpful. I bought a display model grill, fully assembled, at a discount., so I didn't get assembly instructions with it. I couldn't figure out why the propane tank went through the hole in the cart, and sat on my deck. Also, I couldn't see how the tank gauge could work when it wasn't connected to anything. The video explained both. The tank hooks onto the gauge. Doh!

My Spirit 2 310 doesn't have the enclosure It is open. I'm trying to figure out why my igniter is now hanging below the control panel. Both wires are attached...there is a white plastic extension before the silver bracket. where the silver bracket attach? Do I have to remove my control panel. Grill purchased in 2020...obviously newer than this model. Do you have another video? Thanks

Is there supposed to be open space above the back panel? Also, what is the large hole on the bottom of the back panel for?

Very good video except it would have been complete if you had shown the installation and connection of the gas tank. Simple: Yes! Important: Very Important! Left handthreads? What? NO!
