Michael obviously knows his stuff and is a superb speaker. As a beginner to Webflow (former Muse user) I found the pace way too fast. That's probably ok for advance users but I'll have to go back, start, stop etc. for it to sink in.

Divs, Google ignors them so they are not good to use. The spider cant and wont read divs, it just passes them and so ranking will be not good at all.

The time to create a website using code vs Webflow comes down to time and effort put in. If I was coding this in React, it would take much longer for me to get the same results that was achieved in this video. However with any tool there is a time and place to use it.
