I ran a 12 person web agency for seven years. First 3 years were a mess. Learned what "SOPs' were and they absolutely changed the game for us. SOPs allow you to manage your employees (and yourself) -- it's as simple as asking 'did you follow the SOP we all agreed to?'. A big trick to it that we realized is when you have your employees also contribute to the generation of the SOPs, they take ownership, and will make improvements to them over time. Thank you for sharing just how powerful SOPs can be for agencies!
